1. Does Errand Runner Xpress offer facility pickup:

Errand Runner Xpress does not currently offer facility pickup.

2. Hazardous materials:

Errand Runner does not transport hazardous materials.

3. What if I’m not a monthly customer and in need of a delivery or pickup:

Errand Runner Xpress offer several different options to obtain delivery service please refer to our Pricing Page.    

4. COD:

Drivers for Errand Runner Xpress do not carry cash, however, we do accept COD and payments by way of credit card or debit card.

5. Insurance Policy:

In accordance with our insurance policy, Errand Runner Xpress has a set declared value limit of $500.00 on all packages.

6. What is the best way to contact Errand Runner Xpress:

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm, and we are closed on Sundays. Calls, emails, and text messages sent outside of these windows will be responded to as quickly as possible.

7. Personalized Delivery Time:

Errand Runner Xpress prioritizes each delivery, but specialized or personalized delivery times must be requested through our Customer Service, and additional fees may apply.

8. I may not be home to receive a deliver:

I may not be home to receive a delivery: Errand Runner Xpress offers several delivery options. Contact our Customer Service to see which specialized solution works best for you.

9. Gated Communities:

To better serve our customers who reside in gated communities we request that customers provide a entry code prior to delivery arrival.

10. Invoice and Delivery Confirmation:

All package deliveries will receive text and or written delivery confirmation. All monthly customers have the option to review and print copies of their  invoice and delivery confirmation from their account.

11. Tipping Drivers:

At Errand Runner Xpress we want our customers to know that we appreciate their business. However, tipping is not necessary.

12. Driver Safety:

Driver Safety: Drivers for Errand Runner Xpress are not permitted to enter customer homes.

13. Delivery Drivers:

Errand Runner Xpress utilized the services of independent contractors for driver staffing. Therefore, some drivers may make deliveries in their personal vehicles.

14. What if my package contains alcohol or another controlled substance?

When alcohol is delivered, someone 21 years of age or older must be available to sign for the package. When prescriptions or controlled substances are delivered,  the person receiving the prescription must provide identification matching the name on the prescription. If these conditions are not met, that portion of the package will be deemed undeliverable. Our Customers are required to abide by all applicable State and Federal laws. 15. Can I cancel a scheduled delivery:

In order to effectively service all customers in a timely manner, Errand Runner Xpress request to be notified of cancellations at least 2 hours before a scheduled delivery. However, if our driver arrives at a location prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered filled and charges will apply.

16. Refund Policy:

Our goal is your satisfaction. All requested refunds must be lodged with our Customer Service within 30 days and must comply with the parameters set out in our Terms of Use.

17. Inclement Weather Policy:

Inclement weather may affect delivery dates and times. In the case of a significant delay, Errand Runner Xpress will contact Customer to inform of the status of the delivery or service. All reasonable attempts to keep the contracted schedule will be made. See the Terms of Use for more information.
